Coupe set expands the Pacojet's unique ability to puree foodstuffs in a frozen state to include the processing of fresh/non-frozen raw material as well. The Coupe set attachments enable the Pacojet to be used as a cutter, mincer, mixer, blender or whipper to process foodstuffs in their fresh state without having to freeze them first. Fish, meat, herbs, fruits, vegetables and spices or cream, egg whites, milk etc. are simply filled into a Pacojet-beaker (if desired, together with other ingredients and seasoning) and processed directly using the appropriate attachment for the texture desired.

The Coupe set includes:
  • a sharp, 2-blade cutter (A)
    to cut/mince meat or fish (for tartare, fresh farces, coarse stuffing). Functions like a grinder but without generating heat due to friction. Also use to chop vegetables, herbs, fruit, nuts, etc.
  • a sharp, 4-blade cutter (B)
    for fine-textured, fish or meat farces (for terrines, spreads) and mousses/purees (for sauces, toppings, herb oils, herb butter etc.)

  • a whipping disc (C)
    for non-frozen desserts. To whip cream, stiff egg whites, foam milk, mix drinks/shakes etc.

  • cutter tongs (D)
    a tool used to safely attach the sharp rotary cutters (A and B) to the magnetic end of the Pacojet's shaft.
