For the most successful Fortefrutto®, we suggest you use the PreGel Fruttosa® or Totalbase® bases. Fortefrutto® Fruit Pastes are used in a proportion of 10 oz/US gal, 70 g/kg or in a proportion of 4 oz/US gal, 30 g/kg as strengtheners for gelato made with fresh fruit. |
