| A single base for all types of soya gelato with fruit or traditional flavours. For the first time, soya gelato obtained with PreGel base has a pleasant and absolutely neutral flavour, without an aftertaste of beans. The texture is soft and creamy, and the product never hardens in the tub. PreGel Neutral Basesoia therefore makes it possible to produce excellent gelato without using any dairy products, animal fats, or saccharose. With PreGel Neutral Basesoia alone, it is possible, by adding fresh fruit, to make all kinds of fruit gelato and, by adding some recommended Traditional Pastes, other completely sugar-free flavours can be obtained. The recommended PreGel Traditional Pastes, as they contain no saccharose and milk by-products, are: ARACHID'OROR, CACAOPAT, DUCAL ALMOND, HAZELNUT, CREMA NOCCIOLA, MACAD'OROR, REGINAR HAZELNUT, 100% PURE PISTACCHIO SICILIA N, PINE NUT PASTE. PreGel also offers a vast range of Traditional Pastes which do not contain milk by-products, which are useful for obtaining other flavours with PreGel Neutral Basesoia. |
