Use either warm or cold, but after vigorous stirring. This mixture is based on fibres:
- healthy and wholesome with beneficial effects on the consumer
- improving flavour and the structure of the gelato, making it warmer and thicker.
 

PIÙCREMOSO (fat supplement)
8 x 1.5 kg
Use either warm or cold, but after vigorous stirring. It is a mixture of fats on a carbohydrate base and mixed with special emulsifiers and stabilizers so it can also be used cold. This product makes a creamier gelato with a fuller body, warm to the palate. In addition, it permits structurally stabilizing the gelato, providing a longer shelf life too.  

PROTEINGEL
4 x 1.5 kg
A mix of proteins that gives gelato a more compact texture. Hot processing.  

VELLUTINA®
2 x5 kg
Emulsifier for gelato, sorbet and semifreddo.
